dominique + serena is a multidisciplinary architectural studio founded by Dominique Hauderowicz and Kristian Ly Serena. We are especially interested in the social potentials of architecture and the build environment.
Reseer Meer is a complex development of houses and landscape situated right on the Rees Lakes, just off the Rhine River.
The project includes a master plan for the entire area as well as development of a range of housing types and public functions. The project has a sustainable agenda, and materials and building methods are chosen with an ambition of a limited co2 impact.
